FITNESS-ICE BATHS-VIEWS - OCEANA rooftop

Hosted at the beautiful Oceana restaurnat rooftop!! 

This event is all about feeling amazing! We start with a workout on our mats, all exercises will be with your own body weight. 

We will break a good sweat, tone our bodies, then we take a few minutes to take in the beautiful views and get our breathing back to a calm state to prepare ourselves for a 3 degree ice plunge!

We take these ice baths because they are extremely beneficial for your health! 

You can get rid of that inflammation, aches and pains, recover your body entirely. You will also feel energized, happy, proud and leave with a huge amount of endorphins and maybe some new friends!! Its a morning filled with positive vibes!

Este evento se trata de sentirse increíble! Comenzamos con un entrenamiento en nuestras colchonetas, todos los ejercicios serán con el peso de tu propio cuerpo. Rompemos a sudar, tonificamos nuestros cuerpos, luego tomamos unos minutos para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y recuperar nuestra respiración a un estado de calma para prepararnos para una inmersión en hielo a 3 grados. Tomamos estos baños de hielo porque son extremadamente beneficiosos para tu salud! 

Puedes deshacerte de la inflamación, los dolores y molestias, recuperar tu cuerpo por completo. También te sentirás energizado, feliz, orgulloso y te irás con una gran cantidad de endorfinas y quizás algunos nuevos amigos!
